
We have exciting news this International Day of the Girl!
Through our United for Girls Initiative we’ve tripled the number of girls from underserved communities in our programs and engaged 5,400+ women and non-binary coaches.
Equally good news: to help other organizations increase engagement among girls and young women in youth sports, we created a new playbook. The Playbook provides tangible tools and guidance based on real-life learnings for how to design more gender equitable and inclusive programs.
And it was all made possible thanks to The DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation and adidas.
