Preparing the Next Generation with FICO & Chelsea FC

Financial literacy + soccer legends = a prepared future
This summer, we teamed up with FICO and Chelsea FC during Chelsea’s summer tour to provide middle and high school students with workshops to help them make informed credit decisions that last a lifetime.
Using soccer as the hook (students got meet with Chelsea legends and attend a match in their city), participants left with knowledge that will last them a lifetime. Why is this type of education important? A 2022 survey found that more than half of U.S. teens feel unprepared to finance the life they hope to have in adulthood.
Workshops were held in Chapel Hill, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Washington DC, and Chicago.
