A little soccer can make a big difference in kids' futures. With only a few dollars, you can be the difference maker in millions of kids' lives.
In collaboration with the Dallas Independent School District and the Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation, the new mini-pitch at Burnet Elementary brought forth a momentous opportunity to celebrate a first-of-its-kind space as well as the 750th mini-pitch built by the U.S. Soccer Foundation.
The Musco Mini-Pitch System is the first to be installed at a Dallas ISD school and brings the U.S. Soccer Foundation one step closer to installing 1,000 nationwide by 2026 when the Men’s FIFA World Cup returns to the United States.
Students and staff from the school came together in celebration, fed with wings provided by the Buffalo Wilds Foundation, and participated in a ceremony, ribbon cutting, first kick, and of course inaugural scrimmage to open the new space for the community.
Access to youth sports is a life changing experience for many kids. Through their experiences on a team, kids learn to win with grace, lose with poise and compete with confidence. For all these reasons and more, the Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation fuels champions of the next generation by making sure that kids have access to the teams and fields they need for these important team sport experience.
