The bipartisan Congressional Soccer Match is one of D.C.’s hottest summer events and celebrates the power of soccer to transform lives.
All proceeds from the event support the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s life-changing programs that help children in underserved communities embrace active and healthy lifestyles while nurturing their personal growth through trained coach-mentors.

The U.S. Soccer Foundation is thrilled to announce the Embassy Cup, featuring 16 embassy delegations competing in an exciting showcase of soccer and community. Join us for a fun, family-friendly day celebrating the power of soccer to bring people together. Embassy staff, corporate leaders, community champions, and families will unite to honor the transformational impact of soccer on children’s lives, both on and off the pitch.
The Embassy Cup is part of the Congressional Soccer Match Series hosted by the U.S. Soccer Foundation. The finalist teams from the Embassy Cup will earn the opportunity to compete in the final match at Audi Field during the Congressional Soccer Match on May 20.
