Nate Gaudreault joined the U.S. Soccer Foundation in February 2026 as the School & Community Partnership Manager, Programs (West), where he supports the growth and quality of Soccer for Success programming across the western United States.
Nate brings more than a decade of experience as a physical education educator, youth sports leader, and multi-market program manager working at the intersection of schools, community organizations, and youth-serving nonprofits. Prior to joining the Foundation, Nate served as a Physical Education Teacher with Albuquerque Public Schools and as the CEO and Co-Founder of The Sport School, a community-based youth sports organization focused on inclusive, child-centered programming. Throughout his career, he has built strong partnerships with school districts, educators, and community organizations; delivered educator and coach training aligned to SHAPE America standards; and supported program fidelity through sports-based youth development principles.
Nate’s previous roles also include leadership positions with New Mexico Youth Soccer Association, YMCA youth sports and wellness programs, America SCORES, and multiple youth soccer organizations across the west. His experience spans program scaling, partner technical assistance, educator training, compliance and evaluation, and coalition building in diverse communities.
Nate holds a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit organizations, teaching licensure in Physical Education and Special Education, and multiple national soccer coaching licenses, including a U.S. Soccer Federation National “B” License. He is deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality physical activity opportunities and supporting communities through programs that prioritize equity, relationships, and youth development.
