Director of Distinguished Events
Lindsay Weiner proudly assumed the role of Director of Distinguished Events at the U.S. Soccer Foundation in 2024. With over 20 years of experience as a seasoned fundraiser, Lindsay focuses on building impactful relationships and designing meaningful events that elevate awareness and drive philanthropic support for the Foundation.
Prior to joining the U.S. Soccer Foundation, Lindsay held roles at prominent local and national nonprofits, including the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Campaign, and STEM for Her, among others. She also devoted several years to her family as a stay-at-home parent, while actively supporting their small business and leading various community initiatives.
Lindsay grew up in Fairfax County, VA, earned her degree from Virginia Tech in 2000, and now lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two children. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys cooking, hiking, soccer mom’ing, tap dancing, reading, traveling, volunteering, and spending quality time with loved ones.
As a passionate advocate for health equity and social justice who has witnessed first-hand the joy and benefits of soccer, Lindsay is honored to represent the U.S. Soccer Foundation in advancing the sport’s reach and enthusiasm among young people nationwide, especially those from historically marginalized communities.
