Jenny Herold

Before becoming Senior Associate, Marketing & Communications, Jenny joined the U.S. Soccer Foundation in November 2021 and worked as a Coordinator and Associate supporting the Foundation’s many programs, especially the Soccer for Success After School program. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jenny was an AmeriCorps Summer VISTA Cohort Leader at Up2Us Sports. A fluent Spanish-speaker, she previously worked for two years in Madrid as a Language and Culture Assistant for the Ministry of Education of Spain.

Jenny graduated from Denison University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in Spanish. She has received multiple certificates focused on sport for development and sports management. At Denison, Jenny was a four-year starting goalkeeper on the women’s soccer team, reaching the NCAA Division III Championship tournament twice. Born in Miami and currently living in Denver, Jenny enjoys time spent outdoors, traveling, and rooting for her Miami sports teams, Bayern Munich, and Germany.
