Director, Program Funding & Sustainability

Jen joined the U.S. Soccer Foundation in August 2022. As the Director of Program Funding & Sustainability, she focuses on securing funding to sustain and expand Foundation programming and on building the capacity of community partners to sustain Soccer for Success programming.

She brings more than 13 years of nonprofit experience, working with organizations of varying size and mission, from youth development and housing to human rights and issues related to health equity and racial, social, economic justice. Known for her strategic thought partnership and curious, collaborative approach, she’s led and supported program and organizational strategy development, partnership development, fundraising, content creation and audience engagement, and event and volunteer management.

Jen comes to the Foundation from Heartland Alliance, a global human right organization dedicated to achieving equity and opportunity for all, where she held various roles. Most recently, she served as the Director of Strategy & Partnerships, working to catalyze impact and investment, and grow and diversify revenue. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
