Jennifer Arnold is a dynamic marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience spanning sports, healthcare, and advocacy, across both agency and in-house roles. She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the U.S. Soccer Foundation, where she sits on the Executive Leadership Team and leads national efforts to harness the power of soccer to create lasting impact in under-resourced communities. Her portfolio includes brand strategy, digital marketing, media relations, thought leadership, event planning, and athlete ambassador programs.
Under Jen’s leadership, the Foundation has significantly expanded its visibility and engagement. In 2024, it was named to Fast Company’s prestigious “Brands That Matter” list, recognized alongside global icons like Disney and the NFL for building deep audience connections through exceptional branding.
Jen began her career at GYMR Public Relations, managing communications for nonprofit clients focused on healthcare quality, Alzheimer’s disease, and school nutrition. She later led national campaigns at Council for a Strong America on education reform, children’s health, and juvenile justice—earning widespread media coverage and stakeholder support.
A proud graduate of the Newhouse School at Syracuse University, Jen is passionate about using storytelling to drive social change and regularly shares her insights at conferences and industry events.
