Geneva Decker

Geny joined the Foundation team in February 2018 as a Marketing and Communications Fellow. A San Diego native, Geny has competed at the top levels of soccer her entire life, playing four years of Division I soccer at Yale – where she earned Academic All-Ivy recognition – and playing for the Northern Ireland FA Cup champions after graduation.

Geny’s extracurricular activities included serving as a board member of the Yale Photography Society and writing and editing the Globalist and the Yale Politic on-campus publications. She also served as the director of photography for a handful of films produced by Bulldog Productions, Yale’s undergraduate filmmaking club.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Geny worked as a special events intern for Padres Pedal the Cause, as a press intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a film editing intern for a local CBS News affiliate. Her hobbies include cooking, sports, and travel.
