Andrés joined the U.S. Soccer Foundation in September 2025. His goal is to support training educators and coaches nationwide to expand access to soccer and establish it as a unifying force across communities.

Prior to joining the Foundation, he served as English Teaching Assistant with Fulbright in Boyacá, Colombia. He also has worked in summer camps in Indiana and California, as well as interned at the Irish Embassy in Mexico City. From working in the Colombian countryside, low-income schools in the US, and at the forefront of Ireland-Mexico relations, he understands the importance of cultural flexibility and multilateralism in achieving goals.

Now, he is looking to leverage his multicultural experience to reach communities from all walks of life and use soccer as a means of diplomacy. Andres graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s in international studies and Spanish with a minor in German.
