Associate I, Soccer for Success

Before becoming Assocaite I, Soccer for Success, Jenny joined the U.S. Soccer Foundation in November 2021 as a Program Coordinator, Soccer for Success. Before joining the Foundation, Jenny was an AmeriCorps Summer VISTA Cohort Leader at Up2Us Sports, where she supervised VISTAs at various sport-based youth development organizations. A fluent Spanish-speaker, she previously worked for two years as a Language and Culture Assistant for the Ministry of Education of Spain. In this role, she taught English to more than 100 students at a bilingual, public elementary school in Madrid.

Jenny graduated from Denison University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Spanish. She has received multiple certificates focused on sport for development and sports management. At Denison, Jenny was a four-year starting goalkeeper on the women’s soccer team, reaching the NCAA Division III Championship tournament twice. Jenny was born in Miami and is a lifelong and long-suffering fan of all Miami-based teams, as well as the far more successful Bayern Munich.
