Audrey Shaw-Edwards is a youth sport development professional with a deep commitment to using sport as a platform for life skills education and positive youth development. With a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Seattle University, she has dedicated her career to creating meaningful opportunities for young people to grow through sport, play, and learning.

A former Division I athlete and founding member of Seattle University’s women’s rowing team, Audrey has spent nearly a decade coaching athletes of all ages, from juniors to masters. Her coaching and leadership roles—including positions with Seattle Parks and Recreation and VillaSport—have centered on fostering resilience, teamwork, and personal growth while expanding access to high-quality community sport programs.

Most recently, Audrey led educational initiatives at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency’s TrueSport program, where she championed values-based youth sport, promoting clean competition, character development, and life skills education for young athletes nationwide.

Now based in Colorado, Audrey enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring nature with her husband, son, and dog. A passionate foodie and lifelong learner, she is driven to build stronger, more connected communities through sport and education.
