Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Soccer Foundation, the major charitable arm of soccer in the United States, today announced that Peter B. Luther, President and Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Innovations Inc., has been appointed to its board of directors. Mr. Luther joins a board comprised of business and sports luminaries from former U.S. National Team players and Major League Soccer (MLS) executives to leaders in the world of business and government.
Mr. Luther has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and consumer packaged goods industries. His current company, Atrium Innovations, is a globally-recognized leader in providing innovative, science-based natural health products and owns leading healthcare practitioner and specialized retail brands such as Garden of Life®, Pure Encapsulations®, Douglas Labs®, and Klean Athlete® among others. Previously, Mr. Luther worked for Johnson & Johnson and served as President of multiple divisions including Johnson & Johnson Consumer Healthcare, Beauty Care, and Lifescan. In addition, he ran a number of Johnson & Johnson’s most recognizable brands including Neutrogena®, Listerine®, Tylenol®, and Band-Aid®. Originally from Chappaqua, NY – Mr. Luther has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College and a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Mr. Luther is actively involved in his local community as a volunteer for the Princeton FC Soccer Club, where he has coached for eight years and served as a President and Board member for four years.
